About Celts House
We provide clean, friendly long and short term accommodation at some of the LOWEST rates in Dublin city.
In the center of Dublin city, Celts House is a new and beautifully finished hostel. This stunning Georgian building has been remodelled as a comfortable, vibrant place to stay while enjoying the delights of the city.
We are located on Blessington Street in a quiet cul-de-sac just beside Blessington Basin, less that 5 minutes walk from O’Connell Street and less than 10 minutes walk from Temple Bar.
Celts House sits close to many cultural and historical attractions, offering a wealth of entertainment! We are close to all of Dublin's nightlife - pubs, bars, clubs and live music venues of all kinds.
Our facilities are of the highest hostel standard and designed to create a warm and pleasant atmosphere. Our staff are committed to making sure you really enjoy your stay in Dublin.
Unlike most other hostels with their many restrictions, Celts House is like a home away from home with... No curfew. No lock out during the day . 24 hour use of kitchen and laundry . Couples and friends of both sexes can share rooms. Courtyard for parties.

We accept the payment in cash only on arrival.
Check-in time is from 2pm, because of that we appreciate if guests select arrival time after 2pm. However if guests need to arrive at our hostel earlier, they can chill in a living room or kitchen, and we can keep their luggages in our storage room.

Directions
Directions from Airport
From the airport to the centre of Dublin you can take a taxi (cab) which shouldn’t cost more than €20 and will take approx 20 minutes.
Take a no. 16A bus or a no. 41 bus for €1.90 to Dorset Street at the junction with Frederick Street and we are a 2 minute walk.
Take a no. 747 bus to Busaras and walk to Celts House from here (follow direction below). This bus runs every 10-20 minutes and costs €6.
Directions from Busaras (Central Bus Station)
Exit Busaras and follow the tramline west toward O’Connell Street (a five minute walk).
Walk north up O‘Connell Street, then straight on up Parnell Square East, past the right side of the Ambassador Theatre.
Continue straight on Frederick Street North and into Blessington Street until you reach a cul-de-sac.
We are halfway down this cul-de-sac on the right, number 32.
The walk will take 15 minutes from Busaras.

The best hostel I've stayed at, hands down!! The staff is amazing and incredibly helpful and friendly. I had so many questions and they happily answered all of my travel needs. You will meet great fellow travelers at this hostel, too. Great location, close to everything. Suuuuper clean and very safe . If you're staying in Dublin, you should definitely stay at Celts House

GLACEEEEEEEEEEE, to sleep dressed, it is not very comfortable...
Fortunately them people are pleasant and the room not too too poorly placed (though a few ex-centered..)
Think of 3-4 jumpers in rab' is!

Very clean hostel, handy kitchen, in a calm and well placed Street. The staff is extraordinary, sympat, helpful and always available to render service. I recommend this hostel.
