Very good location. Close to the train station in a safe street. Very close to the touristical places. Nice staff. Free internet access. Only one bathroom/WC purpose always clean.

It is really a place friendly, affordable, all services and the centre... In addition, the kitchenette and the common balcony provide a more to stay! I advise you if you like meeting people and sharing in common services. Great experience!

It is an amazing spot, near the Palazzo Vecchio, in the center of the city. Building is old and authentic. Very friendly staff.

It is very nice hostal, as that you will have a good stay, highly recommended, the only downside is that it does not have a kitchen so to be able to save in food will be half dicil because you only pay the refrigerator.

El desayuno estaba other no. y cuesta la verdad No. los vale 4 euros. Buen ambiente juvenil cervezas baratas en el bar solo dos euros. Cuartos No. tan limpios mi sabana tenia sangre lavada. Los baños dentro de los cuartos his incomodos y nada prvados, pero los comunales estan well. El Wi fi tiene una cobertura muy limitada. Personal amable. The doy a 8 of 10. Muy buena ubicacion eso if.

La ubicación es buena, la mayoría de las habitaciones son compartidas, creo que hay 7 camas por habitación y para todas esas personas solo hay 1 baño!! Por la mañana hay que hacer fila para poder bañarse, ya que por la noche no sale agua caliente en la ducha. La ropa de cama está incluida, no así el desayuno. Además te cobran 2€ por noche, debido al impuesto turistico.

En mi viaje he estado en 3 hostales y por el precio, calidad y lo que afrecen creo que este en el menos bueno. Para un par de noches está bien o si estás mochileando.

No tiene wifi, tampoco cocina y no puedes guardar cosas en el refrigerador.

Cleaning is not the highlight, so if you're a hyper hygienists let lose. Missing sheets and pillow covers (portatevele from home!)

No towels in the bathrooms and not very efficient radiators, considered the time very cold.

But let's get to the positives: 2 bathrooms with hot shower, hairdrier, kitchenette, mirrors and everything you need, the owner very friendly and available to provide guidance and advice, free wi-fi!

in conclusion, if you have a low budget and is willing to adapt a little bit I recommend for sure!

Very good location, very noisy for small dormir.chambre for 3 people, but no breakdown despite the strong heat of July.... suspicion of bugs in bed.... not super clean bathroom.

Estoy de vuelta de mis cuatro noches en este lugar.

El alojamiento está bien, pero en las fotos parece que está mejor la verdad.

Nos tocaron un par de camas rotas y het incómodos, pero se aguantan cuatro noches.

eso si es magnifica ubicacion, estas, one minute de todo, está ubicado en la plaza famous donde el jabalí.

lo recomiendo para gente joven y para los que measure referred only to sleep, ya que no tiene televisión ni nada más.

Very agreablement surprised by this hostel. Room very clean bathroom, not more than 5 users by bathroom. TV and refrigerator and fan. very well located, in 15 min you are town centre, 2 min. from the railway station.

Hostel strong bad, the ILO is burlesque, and very warm. It will tell you in the arrival "No., solo where to sleep"... But the morning (from 9) on does you not even sleep. Being located near the train station and a passing Street, the hostel is very noisy and the bathrooms are dirty. Horrible!

Los señores que lo llevaban eran bastante agradables y el precio del albergue es inmejorable. Por otra parte No. estaba especialmente limpio (esto no significa than estuviera sucio ni mucho menos), los colchones No. eran los mejores y hasta el centro tenéis a paseito.

A good place for sleeping and washing, that's all. The place was clean but not very adequate to meet other travellers. Only advantage, the centre and economic.

Overall, a nice place to stay if you're not looking to spend much. The bedrooms and bathrooms are kept nice and clean. However, when I first got there, noone was there to check in with purpose I was lucky that one of the guests knew where to find the man I needed. Also, the room I stayed in backs out on the street, which is very noisy, into the early hours (and then starts up again not long after). Purpose other than these few problems, was a lovely place, and everything was so easy to get to. If you want somewhere cheap, go for it., its more than worth the price!

La sécurité est inexistante car la porte est en permanence ouverte et n'importe qui peut entrer. Les chambres sont "correctes" mais les sanitaire ainsi que la cuisine extrêmement sales. Quant au personnel ils ne sont ni serviable ni accueillant. A votre arrivée vous avez en plus des tarifs sur le site une taxe à payer ce qui parait un peu louche. Le seul point positif c'est la localisation en plein centre de Florence. Sachez également que vous ne trouverez qu'un drap de lit et une taie d'oreiller, la couverture est sale et sans draps. De toutes les auberges que j'ai pu voir celle-ci est celle qui m'a donné la moins bonne impression malgré la bonne ambiance qui règne entre les voyageurs qui y séjournent.

OMG i never stayed this kind of hostel it is ugly and dirty hostel there is only one bathroom among 20 people it is impossible.

Hostel located in the centre of Florence. The air-con is unsatisfactory and security is almost zero (functional record step, the doors of the rooms are open) and only two rooms for 40 persons shower! But very good location, there is a kitchen available and a good atmosphere.

Overall satisfactory for the tariff. If improvement, then review the Deco. rooms (comfort OK but a little minimalist environment) and shower (problem of sealing of the cabin).

Very nice for those on a budget. We had our own roof terrace which was a nice added bonus. Air conditioning also and a great location, a couple of minutes walk from the station and about 5 minutes to the main sites. Toilets were a bit dirty but no trouble.

This establishment we find rooms in various locations in Florence and therefore we do not sleep at the address of the Rivers'Bank. The good surprise was that there was more room for 4, but for the same price we were put in a B & B in 2 rooms with very good benefits, and in the historic centre of Florence.

I struggled for two hours with my bags on the street before I was able to contact - after two phone calls from an internet cafe which thank goodness I found close by - a reception manager. Riverbank is not a serviced hostel at all purpose has collective of rooms which someone is sent around to to let guests into. When I finally contacted a manager, they did not have my booking. I was led to a room at another location which I had to walk across the town. There were mites in the bed. This organization is dubious and the title of 'hostel' is completely inappropriate.

Very calm, very practical because close to the centre and the train station. But the beds are a little old, very soft!

The location is ideal, easy to find, it just have the impression that the hostel is a little acutely decentralized, but in truth it is really in 15-20 minutes from the station, in 5 of the centre, the ideal for walking all day and return exhausted! It is very significant to eat on the spot, we met extras people.

The locos are clean, calm atmosphere.

The place is a little warm and is more suitable for short periods that has potential long accommodation. Heating is of serious concern and we spent two days without hot water.

Youth Hostel 'Tourist House Santa Croce' was so great. People were very nice and the beds were very comfortable.

The place was where less in the city centre and very close to all.

Access is not simple the first time - otherwise the rest is excelling - small detail, a watchman campground and who arrived over 21 hours are possible.
